Card Type Single Phase Kwh Meter Prepayment Residential Electric Meters
The CA168-C is a single phase two wire card prepayment wat-hour meter. It is used for low voltage residential applications. The meter adopts latest 3DES encryption technology and STS (Standard Transfer Specification) standards with increased security protection for both hardware and software. Thanks to an improved broad range of measurable current 5(80)Amp, and the rugged RF immunity withstand of 30V/m, the meter is able to operate in very harsh environments.
The meter is built in a BS8565 footprint compact housing and maintains IP54 rating protective class, allowing it to be installed in harsh environments. The meter closure is made of polycarbonate fire resistant material and durable for 15 years' lifespan.
