Single Phase Sts Keypad Meter 220V / 230V / 240 V Electricity Prepayment Meter
The DDSY168 is a compact and keypad-based design in a BS8565 standard housing and maintains the rugged RF immunity withstand of 30V/m and IP54 rating, allowing it to operate in harsh environments. The meter is used for a wide rang of STS standard compliant prepaid applications,. It works in an improved dynamic range allowing a basic current of 5 Amp while retaining a maximum current of 80 Amp and extended functional features. Thanks to its STS (Standard Transfer Specification) encryption, the meter serve as a secured utility dispenser with enhanced revenue protection features. As the orginal designer of this meter type, Calin is also supplying to other NON-STS member meter manufacturers.

DDSY168 Integrated Single -phase Prepaid Electricity Meter provides an integrated solution for kWh measurement and prepayment. Credit and management data is transferred from a point of sales (POS) to the meter via a 20-digit numeric token that is generated using the Standard Transfer Specification (STS) encryption protocol. The token is entered into the meter via a keypad.
DDSY168is an upgrade of JE`s highly successful DDSY range Single Phase keypad electricity meter. It is tailored to meet the international demand for STS protocol. Feedback received from customers for DDSY range over the last 10 years has been reflected on the design of the meter, making DDSY168 a reliable and robust product that exceeds customer requirements and expectations.
