Contractual Control Commercial Electric Meter Class 0.5S Three Phase Kwh Meter
The CA368-DC meter is specially built with GSM / GPRS connectivity features intended for real time data reading demand in a broad range of commercial and inustrial environments. It is a three phase four wire electric meter in a compact BS footprint housing. The meter is compliant with IEC standard for active and reactive energy measurement and its terminal block is available for both direct whole current connection and transformer connection. The time in the meter is strictly counting as incrementing second index. This second index is synchronized with the real time in the central station server at preset interval, giving the utility maximum flexibility at system management and tariff calculation. This flexibiity offers the utility suffcient choices implementing different contractual control for each of the customer with no need to visit customer's premises from time to time.
The GSM GPRS feature allows the meter to connect with a back-end central station for data exchange on a real time basis. This feature enables the utility and service providers to have a dynamic monitoring and control on the load in the grid and improve their management at peak hours. The meter records grid maximum demand and load profiling data at programmed intervals and provides valuable information P, V, A, PF for the utility and customer as well to budget their usage and balance the load.
