The CA268-L is a cost-effective integration of high precision metrology and state-of-art communication technologies. It is a Two-phase Three-wire Electronic Energy Meter to measure two-phase three-wire AC active energy. It is completed in a compact BS footprint mounting closure and is compliant  with the technical requirements of three phase energy meter class 1 under standards of IEC62053-21. The meter supports a surge protection for lightening up to 13 kV. This meter type has got proven installations in South American continent.

The CA268-L is reseved for extended smart metering features such as automated meter readout, remote disconnection and reconnection, load balance management, online tariff modification, and etc. To realize such features,  communication functions such as PLC, RF, RS485 can be ordered with, allowing the meter to connect with a head-end server (HES) system.
